Join 319 Ujima members voting on the Ujima Fund's first investment opportunity.

We've raised $1.3 million through collective action. We've elected a Community Standards Committee and voted to pass 36 standards to manifest economic justice in our communities. Now It's time to make the first vote on an investment opportunity: a loan in the amount of $100,000 to CERO Cooperative, a worker-owned, Dorchester-based commercial composting company.

Learn about the investment opportunity:

1) Review the Investment Opportunity Report which presents:

  • CERO's Ask to the Ujima Fund.

  • Details about CERO's business, including Team, Revenue Model, Growth Plan, and more.

2) Review the Investment Recommendation Report, which presents:

  • Analysis of CERO's practices from the Ujima Community Standards Committee.

  • Detailed comments and a final recommendation from the Ujima Investment Committee.
